Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and No-Show Policy – Menopause Care Plan Members When you enroll in the Empowered Menopause Care Plan, your initial consultation is a required step in establishing your personalized care. This consultation is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $200, separate from your ongoing monthly membership. The $200 fee covers your initial one-on-one consultation with Dr. Seed. This appointment must be completed before you are eligible for any follow-up visits under the plan. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely (no-shows) will not be refunded. If you do not attend your scheduled initial consultation and do not reschedule with sufficient notice, your $200 fee will be forfeited. You will remain enrolled in the monthly membership plan, but you will not be eligible for follow-up visits until you reschedule and pay a new $200 consultation fee. Monthly membership charges will continue as scheduled unless you cancel according to the terms of your plan. We encourage you to complete your initial consultation promptly so you can make the most of your membership benefits.
